ARMS. Argent on a pale gules three escallops or; over all a chevron engrailed counterchanged on the chief waves of the sea, thereon a ship representing an English vessel of war of the 16th century, with four masts, sails furled proper, colours flying gules.
SHIELD. Marked with a white label and three pendants to show that it is borne by the eldest son of the Baron during the latter’s lifetime.
CREST. On a mount vert supported on the helm, a hand in armour in fesse couped at the wrist proper, charged with an escallop and holding a fleur-de-lys erect or.
HELM (helmet) is that of an Esquire & Gentleman.
